Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Each YAM YAM piece is packed with care from our studio in Hong Kong.

How long will shipping take?

• Hong Kong: 3–5 business days
• International shipping: 14–25 business days

Please note: Days are not guaranteed and are subject to shipping and customs clearance time.

Can I change my address or order after shipping?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or the order itself.

If you have any inquiries, please reach out to us after you’ve received the product, and we’ll be happy to assist you from there.

How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking info. You can also check it anytime via your order confirmation page.

International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the following regions:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

No worries — all our prices are tax and duty included, so you won’t get any surprise fees upon delivery. What you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay. 💜

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes — if you’re not fully in love with your YAM YAM piece, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (public holidays included).

Please make sure:
• Items are brand new, unused, and in original, undamaged packaging.
• All boxes, pouches, and accessories are included.
• Products show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Important notes:
• Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned pieces go through a quality check before a refund is issued.
Kindly note that local returns may not be available in all regions and will be assessed based on our warehouse capacity. International shipping may be required.

How do I start a return?
Email us at yamyamjewel@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the steps.
*Please don’t send anything back without our authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
It may take 7–10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Received a damaged or defective piece?
Oh no — we’re so sorry! Please email us with details and photos at yamyamjewel@outlook.com,
and we’ll evaluate each case personally.

How do I take care of my YAM YAM jewelry?

Treat your pieces with love, and they’ll shine right back:
• Avoid water, perfume, and chemicals.
• Store them in the original pouch or a dry place.
• Wipe with a soft cloth after each wear Our pieces are plated in 18K gold or 18K white gold — gentle care keeps the sparkle lasting longer.
