Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within seven (7) days from the date you receive your order (including public holidays). Unfortunately, any return requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Returned items must be brand new, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging. This includes all protective packaging, the product box (both the shipping box and the inner box), and all accompanying documents and accessories in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are incomplete, as these do not comply with our return policy.

 

Please note:

· Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

· Products purchased at a discounted price or during sales are not eligible for returns or refunds.

· Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

For every returned item, a quality assessment is performed; items that do not meet the return policy requirements will not be accepted.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred when returning items. To ensure that returned products arrive safely and promptly, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance.
